1、负责剪映、醒图等产品在多模态理解与生成方向的算法研发，覆盖图像生成编辑、视觉理解、视频生成编辑等重点场景，推动能力建设与业务落地； 2、参与多模态模型、生成模型在真实业务中的全流程研发，包括数据构建、模型设计、训练优化、效果评测及线上部署，不断提升生成质量和使用体验； 3、持续探索模型架构、微调、小样本训练、Prompt工程、RL对齐、蒸馏与推理加速等关键方向，推动前沿技术在产品中的应用与转化。

1、2027届获得硕士及以上学位，人工智能、计算机科学、数学等相关专业优先； 2、 1）具备扎实的编程能力，熟练使用Python或C++，熟悉PyTorch、TensorFlow等深度学习框架； 2）在计算机视觉、自然语言处理、多模态学习、生成模型等方向具备较好的理论基础和项目经验； 3）熟悉主流多模态模型和生成模型方法，包括但不限于VLM、Diffusion Models、DiT、AIGC相关技术，有预训练验设计和效果优化能力、微调或推理优化经验者优先； 3、 1）在ACL、CVPR、ICCV、NeurIPS、KDD、SIGIR等顶会发表过相关论文； 2）有AI图像生成、人像美化、视频生成编辑、广告创意生成或模型蒸馏加速等相关项目经验； 3）热爱图像视频编辑剪辑或影像创作，对常用图像视频编辑或设计工具有实际使用经验。
