1、业务描述：负责剪映系旗下剪映、CapCut、即梦AI、小云雀AI等产品的商业化与用户增长体验设计，重点覆盖全球用户增长承接与转化、创作者生态、商业化付费链路及AI创新场景探索； 2、产品体验：负责业务理解、问题定义、方案设计、上线跟进和数据迭代，在用户价值、业务目标、设计质量与实现成本之间做出合理设计判断，持续推动产品体验优化； 3、AI实践：将AI应用于用户体验研究、产品方案设计、原型验证和交付，使用AI Coding制作产品原型、产品页面或提效工具，并与产品、研发共同推动方案落地。

1、专业基础：具备完整的产品体验设计能力，能够独立负责一个产品模块或业务方向，从问题定义推进至最终上线；交互设计长板，擅长行业洞察研究、问题定义与拆解、流程设计和复杂状态处理，同时具备可独立交付的UI设计能力； 2、业务协作：具备良好的业务理解、数据意识和设计判断，能够主动识别并推动问题解决，与产品、研发等角色高效协作； 3、AI实践：具备深入的AI实践，能够使用AI Coding搭建、调试并持续完善可运行原型、Web页面或工具；理解基本的AI能力与技术实现逻辑，能够结合技术限制产出可上线的设计方案，并围绕方案可行性、实现方式和成本与研发有效沟通。

加分项 1、AI经验：完整参与过AI产品、Agent或AI工作流从概念验证到正式上线的过程； 2、技术理解：了解HTML、CSS、JavaScript、React、Vue、Lynx、React Native等技术的基本定位和适用场景； 3、团队沉淀：能将个人AI实践沉淀为模板、组件、Skill、工具或标准流程，并推进团队可复用； 4、业务经验：具备用户增长、商业化、AI工具类产品相关经验。
