1、负责剪映系大模型与Agent的训练及能力建设，覆盖通用视频创作Agent、剪辑Agent、短剧Agent、营销Agent、UGC视频Agent等方向，协同打造专业影视创作工具与AI原生产品； 2、深耕大模型后训练技术，研究高质量数据挖掘与合成、SFT、AgenticSFT/RL、奖励模型、强化学习算法、OPD蒸馏合版及多目标对齐等技术，持续提升模型的指令遵循、创作质量与复杂任务完成能力； 3、与产品、研发团队协同优化Agent Harness，通过Skills、Memory、RAG、个性化及工具编排等机制，以及Agent自进化，提升Agent在多轮交互和长流程创作任务中的可控性、稳定性与用户体验。

1、2027届获得硕士及以上学位，人工智能、计算机科学、数学等相关专业优先； 2、具备出色的编程能力，熟练掌握Python/C++，熟悉PyTorch、VeRL、Llama-Factory等框架；熟悉大模型SFT、RL、模型蒸馏、奖励建模、数据合成与模型评测中的一项或多项； 3、熟悉Agent技术栈，在任务规划、工具调用、多轮对话、RAG、内容生成、Skills、Memory等方向有相关实践经验者优先； 4、对大模型、Agent与内容创作有强烈的好奇心，具备良好的研究能力、产品意识和效果判断能力，能够将前沿技术与实际业务场景结合并推动落地； 5、在ICML、NeurIPS、ACL、CVPR、SIGIR、KDD、ICCV等会议发表过大模型、多模态、AIGC、推荐系统或计算广告相关论文，获得ACM/ICPC、NOI/IOI、Topcoder、Kaggle等比赛奖项，或熟悉视频剪辑、影视叙事、短剧创作、UGC内容及营销创意，对全球化、多语言及跨文化内容生成有相关经验者优先。
