1、负责项目中3D特效的设计和制作，包括但不限于卡牌战斗特效、场景特效、过场动画等特效模块； 2、对于演出效果能根据分镜独立设计整体的节奏和效果，能熟练使用各种后效； 3、能够把握特效风格，有独立思考的能力，有逻辑性，提高特效品质； 4、根据游戏的目标和要求，能够在引擎里实现高质量的视觉效果表现； 5、配合策划、动画、程序等完成项目需求的开发。

1、5年以上的3D游戏特效工作经验，熟悉美漫风格或者具备手绘贴图能力者优先； 2、能够熟练使用Unity3D、PS、3D MAX等相关软件； 3、对Shader和渲染有一定了解，能够独立完成项目内特效的预研和制作工作； 4、具有良好的美术功底，能够对特效的颜色、节奏、风格等准确把控； 5、责任心强，具有良好的执行力、理解能力、沟通和协作能力； 6、有IP经验者优先。
