1、根据项目的需求，负责游戏内动态分镜的创作，过场动画、大招动画和角色出场、胜利的动画展示等； 2、理解项目需求，运用镜头语言打造影像叙事，把控节奏和构图，清晰表达场景角色的空间关系和角色动作设计，具备一定的氛围设计能力； 3、具有较强的剧本理解能力，能熟练运用镜头语言推进动画制作效果； 4、具备良好的分镜宣讲和沟通能力，能够有效地进行上下游（策划和动画）环节对接。

1、5年以上游戏行业分镜岗位工作经验，熟悉分镜表演的工具软件和设计流程； 2、大专或以上学历，美术、动画相关专业，具备良好的美术功底和审美能力，扎实的影视视觉语言以及镜头知识； 3、熟悉游戏或影视动画创作的工业化流程，专注于分镜/导演岗位，有动画一原画经验者优先考虑； 4、热爱游戏和影视，熟悉星球大战IP者游优先。

加分项： 1、具备一定的剪辑包装能力，具备3D能力。
