日常实习：面向全体在校生，为符合岗位要求的同学提供为期3个月及以上的项目实践机会。

1、协助全球校招中台团队，共同完成校园招聘相关工作； 2、参与校招人才策略与招聘系统、机制设计，协助将策略洞察转化为可落地的流程、规则与工具优化，支持招聘链路的数字化与效率提升； 3、参与全球人才策略研究，协助完成各类分析调研，定向进行全球人才地图绘制和分析； 4、运用数据分析工具，对招聘数据进行可视化处理，为招聘策略的优化提供数据支持，并协助从招聘报告中挖掘潜在问题； 5、协助完成校园招聘相关项目的达成。

1、本科及以上学历在读，专业不限； 2、有HR相关实习经历，具备招聘、数据分析能力者优先； 3、熟练使用Excel办公软件，具备较强的数据处理与分析能力，对数字敏感，具备良好的逻辑思维能力，能够从数据中发现问题并提出合理建议； 4、工作认真负责，踏实细心，具有快速、持续的学习能力； 5、一周可实习4-5天，能连续实习4个月以上优先。
