团队介绍：Commercial AI隶属于国际化广告（国际化商业产品与技术），聚焦在商业化场景下的AI研发与创新，包括围绕广告场景，探索超长序列复杂模型、生成式推荐和 AI 广告素材生成等核心能力。简化产品流程，提升客户体验，并推动广告系统从素材生成到推荐建模的持续升级，助力广告效果提升和收入增长。

1、探索大模型与广告算法结合的下一代广告投放系统，结合大模型的世界知识和训推优化大幅提升广告变现效率，主要方向为超长序列Transformer建模、生成式推荐、推荐Foundation Model与Scaling Law； 2、在广告投放系统中充分使用广告素材、落地页的多模态信息，结合多模态建模对齐行为和模态的表征，打造Entity Based的广告投放系统； 3、在广告投放高并发场景落地大模型推理，结合Sparse Attention、Sparse MoE、KV Cache等算法-工程联合优化，极致提升推理ROI； 4、紧跟行业技术发展，在新一代GPU上探索大模型前沿技术在广告投放系统的技术落地。

1、2027届获得本科及以上学历，计算机、机器学习和模式识别相关专业； 2、熟悉C++和Python，有扎实的编程基础、良好的编程风格和工作习惯，优先：有数据挖掘、分布式计算经验，熟悉Hadoop、Spark框架； 3、较好的机器学习/深度学习理论和实践经验，熟悉深度学习算法，优先：发表过KDD、AAAI、CIKM、WWW、RecSys、NeurlPS、ACL、EMNLP等顶会论文，或在Kaggle/ACM等赛事中获得优异名次，熟悉TensorFlow/PyTorch框架和原理； 4、熟悉搜广推算法、大语言模型、多模态大模型、深度学习、强化学习等相关领域； 5、具备良好的工程意识，能结合工程优化设计并落地大模型方案； 6、工作态度积极主动，有强烈的主人翁意识和良好的团队协作精神，愿意接受有挑战性的工作，具有刨根问底的精神，优秀的分析和解决问题的能力，逻辑清晰，具有严谨科学的实验习惯。
