1、项目统筹与交付管理：负责AIGC音乐模型相关的音乐标注/评测项目全流程管理，包括需求拆解、任务设计、资源协调、进度跟踪、风险预警与验收交付，统筹内部团队与供应商协作，保障项目按时按质交付，建立项目数据看板，定期输出进展汇报与复盘，保障音乐模型训练与评测相关项目高质量按期落地，持续推动标注效率、数据质量和项目管理能力提升； 2、业务对接与需求转化：对接算法、产品等业务方，准确理解AIGC音乐模型训练、评测、偏好对齐等需求，将业务需求转化为可执行的标注方案、验收标准与排期计划，并根据业务变化动态调整优先级； 3、标注标准与质量管控：结合音乐专业能力，参与曲风、配器、人声、结构、和弦、旋律、情绪、歌词等标注/评测标准制定，组织试标、培训、校准与规则迭代，搭建质检与复盘机制，持续提升标注一致性和准确率； 4、执行推进与问题闭环：跟进日常任务执行，识别交付瓶颈、质量波动与人力风险，推动问题定位、返修闭环与流程优化；对高难任务、复杂案例及标准变更场景进行专项跟进； 5、流程优化与能力沉淀：沉淀标注方法论、SOP、FAQ与典型案例库，探索标准化模板、工具辅助、模型预标注等人效提升方案，支持新人培训与团队能力建设。

1、本科及以上学历，音乐学、音乐制作、作曲、录音艺术、音乐工程、音频技术、数字媒体等相关专业优先； 2、具备扎实的音乐理解能力，熟悉音乐基础理论，包括但不限于曲风、节奏、调性、和弦、曲式结构、配器、人声、旋律等； 3、具备较强的项目管理和统筹协调能力，能够同时管理多个项目并推动多方协作落地； 4、具备良好的沟通表达能力、逻辑思维能力和问题解决能力，能准确理解业务需求并推动执行； 5、工作细致、责任心强、结果导向，具备较强的执行力和跨团队推动力； 6、熟练使用Office/飞书等办公协作工具，具备基础数据分析和项目文档输出能力。

加分项 1、有AI数据标注、数据运营、模型评估、内容治理、音乐产品或音频相关项目管理经验； 2、熟悉AIGC音乐产品或生成式AI相关业务，了解SFT、RLHF/RL、偏好标注、模型评测等流程； 3、会使用DAW、MIDI编辑、音频分析等音乐制作相关工具优先； 4、有供应商管理、外包团队管理、质检体系搭建经验优先； 5、具备英文资料阅读能力，能跟进行业前沿信息优先。
