1、负责各类应急响应项目统筹，与各产品运营、业务线、应急支持方协作进行风险应急响应与防控工作，分析评定在应对能力、效率等方向的可优化空间并推动解决； 2、常态化开展业务全链路风险摸排与问题挖掘，主动识别流程漏洞、业务隐患，快速推进问题定位、根源分析与整改落地，建立问题台账，形成长效管控机制，促进风险防控能力的完善； 3、梳理优化日常业务常规协作流程，聚焦流程冗余、效率卡点等痛点，推进流程简化、模型工具使用，提升运转效率，实现业务平稳高效运营。

1、本科及以上学历，有内容安全、内容质量管理质控、安全策略运营、内容风控、指令应对等相关经验优先； 2、独立项目运营及统筹推进，包括计划制定、资源协调、过程管控及结果复盘，高效达成工作目标；具备良好的执行力、沟通协调能力与全局意识； 3、具备优秀的逻辑思维与综合分析能力，能精准拆解复杂业务场景，识别潜在风险与问题；不局限于固有工作流程，主动挖掘业务优化空间，乐于研究新问题、新方法，持续迭代工作模式； 4、学习能力强，在大模型应用上有相关经验优先。
