1、负责抖音小游戏直播玩法内容运营，制定并执行业务运营策略，围绕付费道具、互动游戏等玩法，提升玩法供给质量、主播参与度及直播营收流水； 2、负责直播玩法主播及内容运营，挖掘并拆解优质直播案例，提炼可复制的内容方法和经营策略；搭建主播成长教育与运营机制，推动主播持续开播、提升玩法使用深度及变现能力； 3、分析直播玩法内容生态、主播行为及用户付费特征，持续迭代主播激励、成长分层和运营策略；结合业务阶段目标，策划并落地专项活动、玩法推广、热点运营等动作，支持业务规模和流水增长； 4、基于用户、主播及玩法合作方的反馈与诉求，定期开展分析并沉淀业务洞察，输出直播玩法产品、运营工具及服务机制的改进建议，协同产品、研发等团队推动落地，优化主播经营体验和用户互动体验。

1、本科及以上学历，专业不限；了解游戏直播、互动玩法及直播行业发展趋势，具有3年以上游戏运营、直播内容运营或直播变现工作经验者优先； 2、对数据敏感，能够通过数据分析定位内容供给、主播成长和流水转化中的问题，并推动运营策略及产品能力迭代；对直播内容运营的方法和策略有较深理解； 3、热爱游戏，熟悉直播生态及游戏运营过程，理解主播开播、用户互动、留存、付费和流水增长等逻辑；有互动玩法、付费道具或主播成长运营经验者优先； 4、逻辑清晰，目标感和执行力强，具备良好的数据分析、跨团队协作和项目推动能力，能够对业务结果负责。
