团队介绍：国际化销售运营管理平台团队成立于2022年1月，作为国际商业化产品与技术组织的一部分，整合了之前全球CRM（又名3M平台）团队的几个子支柱。我们的团队旨在赋能全球业务解决方案（GBS）团队，通过3M平台和生态系统中的工具和解决方案，通过高效的销售流程和可信的数据洞察，推动业务增长。

日常实习：面向全体在校生，为符合岗位要求的同学提供为期3个月及以上的项目实践机会。

1、参与数据分析、洞察产品方向的需求调研、产品分析与行业研究，重点关注分析类产品、智能体（Agent）在客户运营、销售日常业绩跟进的建设，协助销售识别业务机会并沉淀结构化洞察； 2、跟进AI数据查询、分析场景的数据接入及评测； 3、跟进项目全生命周期，支持需求排期、开发联调、上线验收及效果复盘，推动关键问题闭环解决； 4、结合业务反馈、数据表现与用户使用情况，持续优化产品能力，提升平台效率、使用体验和客户经营质量。

1、本科及以上学历在读，统计学、数学、计算机、信息管理、商业分析等相关专业优先； 2、实习时长不少于6个月，每周不少于五天，能够保持稳定、连续的实习投入； 3、具备扎实的产品调研能力与PRD撰写功底，能够独立完成基础的信息收集、分析归纳与文档输出，熟练使用AI工具（如大模型对话、AI辅助分析/文档/原型等），对AI如何提升CRM与业务效率有独立思考者加分，对AI产品、智能分析、Agent、数据工具方向有持续关注和理解； 4、了解CRM、客户运营、销售或营销自动化相关业务流程者优先，能够快速理解复杂业务规则与平台逻辑，具备CRM、SaaS或企业级产品实习经验优先； 5、英语听说读写能力优秀，能够适应全球化团队的日常沟通与跨团队协作； 6、有从0到1参与项目探索、产品分析或产品方案设计经验，有主流AI工具实战经验优先，熟练使用Claude、Codex等大模型工具，能够结合业务场景提效落地。

加分项： 1、有数据分析、可视化看板或数据产品相关实习经历。
