1、负责电商增长产品的策略与效果目标，围绕交易用户规模增长、GMV/MAC提升及ROAS等关键指标负责； 2、负责站内广告（内广）增长策略建设与迭代，制定并优化人群定向、素材策略、选品策略、出价/投放策略等，持续提升流量与转化效率； 3、负责CRM增长产品能力建设（Push/Email/Inbox/SNS等触达渠道），基于用户行为与生命周期运营，设计CRM事件与触达策略，并通过漏斗分析持续优化转化链路； 4、通过用户细分、人群分析、营销工具/产品流程优化等手段，识别增长机会、定位问题并推动方案落地； 5、深入理解全球市场与用户，协同算法、数据、供给、产品等多团队合作，推进增长方案的产出、上线与复盘迭代。

1、2027届获得本科及以上学历，专业不限； 2、具备较强的逻辑分析能力与数据敏感度，能基于数据发现问题、提炼关键洞察并输出可执行的策略方案； 3、具备良好的产品与用户理解能力，能从用户需求与业务目标出发进行方案设计、推进协作并推动落地； 4、有增长策略/增长产品相关实践经验者优先（如投放增长、站内广告、CRM触达、漏斗优化、转化提升等），具备与算法/数据团队协作或对接推荐/广告/增长模型经验者优先； 5、英文可作为工作语言，有全球/国际化学习、生活、实习经历或全球/国际化项目经验者优先。
