1、以大模型范式重塑并升级传统内容理解能力（包括但不限于ASR、OCR、人脸检测、声纹识别、音乐理解等），探索多模态/全模态大模型的基础能力上限，在业务与通用领域取得行业效果，并沉淀体系化的模型演进方法论； 2、面向智能交互场景，通过全双工技术持续打磨并提升自然流畅的语音对话体验；面向AIGC场景，不断提升语音合成、图像与视频生成的质量及模型的指令遵循（Instruction Following）能力； 3、探索理解大模型与生成大模型的协同演进路径，攻坚联合建模难题，推动理解与生成一体化模型能力的持续升级与技术突破； 4、负责抖音、电商、直播、智能客服等业务场景通用多模态大模型的训练与基建，包括但不限于数据工程、训练与推理框架迭代、模型评估指标体系的建设与维护，打造高可用、中台化的音视频理解与生成底座； 5、推动中台化音视频理解与生成能力的落地应用，敏锐追踪行业进展，探索多模态方向的新技术研究与业务闭环，并产出具有行业影响力的研究成果。

1、计算机科学、软件工程、人工智能、数学等相关专业优先； 2、具备扎实的机器学习与数理基础，对大语言模型（LLM）、强化学习（RL）、全模态模型（Omni-LLM）、Diffusion、Flow-Matching生成模型等技术有深入理解；在多模态/全模态大模型领域有实战经验，熟悉音视频内容理解、智能交互或AIGC相关算法，自驱且学习能力强； 3、具有扎实的编码能力，熟练掌握相关机器学习框架与分布式工程框架，熟练使用ms-Swift、VeRL等； 4、在计算机领域会议和期刊（如NeurIPS、ICML、CVPR、ICCV、AAAI、ACL、ICASSP、Interspeech等）发表过高水平论文，或在知名算法竞赛中取得优异成绩者优先。
