1、根据岗位要求完成简历筛选、搜索、推荐及候选人意向沟通； 2、跟进面试安排、面试反馈等全流程招聘事务； 3、负责招聘渠道的开拓与维护，更新招聘信息，开展人才市场盘点与研究； 4、协助完成人力资源相关数据统计，参与招聘最佳实践探索。

1、本科及以上学历在读，人力资源、工商管理、心理学专业优先； 2、熟练运用Excel、Word、PPT等办公软件； 3、为人正直、亲和力好、耐心、细致、认真、负责； 4、善于与人沟通，逻辑思维能力及应变能力较好，富有团队协作精神； 5、能够连续实习3个月以上，每周出勤5天。
