1、负责今日头条/西瓜视频/剪映/红果短剧/番茄小说等亿活DAU产品的商业化变现，提升全端收入，优化包括召回/粗排/精排/混排及漏斗一致性全链路优化； 2、负责营销内容和推荐内容的混合排序，通过强化学习，Listwise建模等，提升全局业务价值； 3、从广告业务出发，负责长期价值建模，广告用户增长，用户体验策略等，促进各端的长期价值提升； 4、对于算法&策略&产品全局思考，深入到创新交互，信息流、阅读流、激励营销等特色产品场景，设计并落地业务策略。

1、2027届硕士及以上学位在读，计算机相关专业； 2、具备优秀的编码能力，扎实的数据结构和算法功底；熟悉C++/Python/TensorFlow/PyTorch； 3、数据敏感度高，有策略迭代/业务算法的优化经验优先； 4、优秀的分析问题和解决问题的能力，对解决有挑战的问题充满激情，良好的沟通表达和团队精神； 5、深入理解和掌握人工智能领域前沿技术，对深度学习和统计机器学习、因果推断、博弈论、运筹学至少一个领域有深入理解； 6、对推荐/广告系统有策略/业务相关算法的优化经验者优先，有国际顶级会议论文，Github公开成果优先，Kaggle/ACM比赛获奖者优先。
