1、负责字节跳动旗下相关产品推荐系统开发工作，解决推荐核心系统的架构优化问题； 2、针对推荐场景的架构抽象和流程优化，支持大规模的机器学习的优化，支持推荐平台的研发； 3、针对高并发高吞吐的大规模系统，提升系统的稳定性、性能、可扩展性； 4、应对多数据中心的技术挑战，研发全球化一体的推荐系统； 5、相关组件的研发和优化、新技术的应用和落地。

1、2027届获得本科及以上学历，计算机、软件工程等相关专业优先； 2、热爱计算机科学和互联网技术，精通至少一门编程语言，包括但不仅限于C++、Java、Python、Go等； 3、掌握扎实的计算机基础知识，深入理解数据结构、算法和操作系统知识； 4、有优秀的逻辑分析能力，能够对业务逻辑进行合理的抽象和拆分； 5、有强烈的求知欲，优秀的学习和沟通能力。
