日常实习：面向全体在校生，为符合岗位要求的同学提供为期3个月及以上的项目实践机会。 团队介绍：专注大模型在数据智能方向的应用落地，横向支持公司多个数据产品的大模型解决方案。团队致力于跟进大模型前沿进展，结合领域模型的优化策略来设计端到端的算法优化和评估方案，实现数据产品的智能升级与应用效果提升。团队鼓励敏捷创新，知识共享的协作氛围，专注投入对数据智能课题的持续探索研究。

1、协助团队完成Agent评估算法的工程化实现、调试与优化，配合搭建高效、可靠的评估体系； 2、辅助开展大模型原理及相关算法的研究，结合业务需求，参与评估方案的设计与迭代； 3、参与评估平台、算法实现的开发与维护，支撑算法验证与落地； 4、配合团队跟进大模型前沿技术进展，参与技术调研、实验验证，整理相关技术文档； 5、参与团队知识共享与技术讨论，主动探索创新思路，助力提升团队技术能力与产品应用效果。

1、本科及以上学历在读，计算机、软件工程、人工智能、数据科学等相关专业优先； 2、可保证稳定实习时间，了解大模型原理和相关算法，对Agent技术、效果评估有一定的兴趣和认知； 3、熟悉Python、Go、Java等编程语言中的至少一种，具备扎实的代码基础； 4、熟悉机器学习、人工智能、模型调优或PE工程相关知识，掌握各种基本算法及智能数据处理方法； 5、具备较强的学习能力、逻辑思维能力和问题解决能力，对技术有浓厚热情和创新精神； 6、有大模型算法或Agent应用相关的项目实践、科研经历者优先。
