日常实习：面向全体在校生，为符合岗位要求的同学提供为期3个月及以上的项目实践机会。 团队介绍：Data AML是字节跳动公司的机器学习中台，为抖音/今日头条/西瓜视频等业务提供推荐/广告/CV/语音/NLP的训练和推理系统。为公司内业务部门提供强大的机器学习算力，并在这些业务的问题上研究一些具有通用性和创新性的算法。同时，也通过火山引擎将一些机器学习/推荐系统的核心能力提供给外部企业客户。此外，AML还在AI for Science，科学计算等领域做一些前沿研究。

1、在超大规模在线深度学习框架下，结合前沿技术，持续优化CTR/CVR/DeepCVR模型精度，持续提升预估能力天花板； 2、提升投放链路效率，包括算力/召回/粗排/精排/Calibration以及漏斗一致性框架等全链路优化； 3、夯实海量数据下的基础算法能力，包括超长序列/大规模异构场景建模/大规模图神经网络等； 4、持续提升投放生态水平，推进业务全面快速发展。

1、本科及以上学历在读，计算机、软件工程、人工智能等相关专业； 2、扎实的算法和数据结构基础，熟悉深度学习算法； 3、熟悉数据挖掘、机器学习、分布式计算中的一项或多项，有深度学习实战经验和机器学习算法优化理论的研究经验优先； 4、具备优秀的学习能力和良好的团队合作精神，较好的沟通能力，对解决具有挑战性的业务问题充满激情。

加分项: 1、熟悉Sparse LR、FFM、Deep Models在业务上的应用； 2、有个性化推荐、广告、信息检索、机器学习等相关领域研究或者项目实践经验； 3、在KDD、NeurIPS、WWW、SIGIR、WSDM、ICML、IJCAI、AAAI、RecSys等会议发表过论文，在ACM/ICPC、NOI/IOI、Top Coder、Kaggle等比赛获奖者优先。
