ByteIntern：面向2027届毕业生（2026年9月-2027年8月期间毕业），为符合岗位要求的同学提供转正机会。 团队介绍：Data AML是字节跳动的机器学习中台，为抖音/今日头条/西瓜视频等业务提供推荐/广告/CV/语音/NLP的训练和推理系统。为公司内业务部门提供强大的机器学习算力，并在这些业务的问题上研究一些具有通用性和创新性的算法。同时，也通过火山引擎将一些机器学习/推荐系统的核心能力提供给外部企业客户。

1、负责AIGC模型如SD/LLM/VLM的轻量化结构设计和效果打磨，致力于研发效果、体积、计算量、功耗综合性能业界领先的预训练模型； 2、负责AIGC模型相关推理优化算法研究和落地，包括模型蒸馏、网络架构搜索与设计、稀疏、量化、MoE、软硬件协同设计等； 3、负责Diffusion/LLM/VLM领域高效模型研发、低成本微调、小样本训练、Prompt工程、RLHF研究和实现，侧重能够端侧部署的模型； 4、负责GAN/Diffusion/LLM/VLM领域前沿工作的研究和复现，包含数据、模型、评估、推理等方向； 5、负责面向端侧多个平台的GAN基础结构设计和效果优化，重点解决GAN的量化效果问题，落地抖音、剪映等产品，全面提升产品在多个平台上的算法和性能体验。

1、2027届硕士及以上学位在读，计算机、电子信息、软件工程等相关专业优先； 2、每周出勤4天及以上，可以持续实习至少3个月； 3、熟练掌握C++/Python，有优秀的编码与代码控制能力，有良好的数据结构和算法功底； 4、有SD/LLM/VLM实际训练经验，有大集群预训练经验者优先； 5、有多模态、多任务、统一模型，自监督、半监督等视觉预训练技术研发经验优先； 6、了解LLM（如Llama，Gemma）、AIGC（如SD）等算法原理，了解大模型应用生态，如SD WebUI，ComfyUI的使用，了解AI Agent，LangChain，RAG等应用层概念，且有相应端上或端云协同工程化开发部署经验者优先；有AutoML或AIGC方向顶会论文、在计算机视觉顶会或期刊上发表过论文、在计算机视觉竞赛取得优异名次或有高质量GitHub项目经验者优先。
