日常实习：面向全体在校生，为符合岗位要求的同学提供为期3个月及以上的项目实践机会。 团队介绍：Data AML是字节跳动公司的机器学习中台，为抖音/今日头条/西瓜视频等业务提供推荐/广告/CV/语音/NLP的训练和推理系统。为公司内业务部门提供强大的机器学习算力，并在这些业务的问题上研究一些具有通用性和创新性的算法。同时，也通过火山引擎将一些机器学习/推荐系统的核心能力提供给外部企业客户。此外，AML还在AI for Science，科学计算等领域做一些前沿研究。

1、构建下一代“大模型即服务”平台，支撑数百个基于LLM的业务应用； 2、设计和实现多模态Agent，推动AI Agent在架构和性能上的持续优化； 3、提升Agent对用户的理解能力和响应的准确性； 4、跟踪并研究行业前沿AI算法，持续提升AI Agent的技术水平； 5、与算法、系统和基础架构团队紧密合作，提升平台稳定性和使用效率。

1、本科及以上学历在读，计算机科学、人工智能等专业优先； 2、熟练掌握深度学习框架，如PyTorch或TensorFlow； 3、精通至少一种主流编程语言（如C++/Python/Go）； 4、良好的系统设计能力与工程实现经验； 5、具备团队合作精神、沟通能力强。

加分项： 1、有多模态大模型相关项目和微调经验； 2、在文生图或者文生视频方向有研究或项目经验者加分； 3、有顶会论文发表经历（NeurIPS、ICML、ICLR、ACL、CVPR等）。
