团队介绍：Data-语音团队致力于语音、音乐等大模型AIGC技术的研发和产品创新，我们的使命是通过多模态AIGC音频技术赋能内容创作和语音交互，让内容生产、消费与互动变得更加简单、沉浸、多元化。当前团队已有成熟的大模型语音合成、语音理解、音乐生成等多模态音频技术，并持续迭代大模型端到端语音交互方案等，一方面通过中台形式服务于公司众多业务线，例如豆包/Dola、抖音/TikTok、剪映/CapCut、番茄小说、海绵音乐等产品；另一方面，团队已经通过字节跳动旗下的火山引擎开放平台-语音技术和火山方舟平台，向众多企业开放技术成熟稳定的能力和服务。

1、模型训练与创新：负责SFT（监督微调）、DPO（直接偏好优化）、RL（强化学习）、KD（蒸馏）等大模型后训练算法的研究与开发，优化模型训练流程，提升模型在各类任务中的效果和性能，增强模型的泛化能力和适应性；探索并实践参数高效微调技术（如LoRA，QLoRA，Adapter Tuning等），在保证模型效果的同时，显著降低训练与部署成本； 2、数据Infra及管线：负责输入法、多模态等垂直领域大模型的全流程研发工作，包括模型架构设计、数据Schema抽象、用户行为挖掘、模型训练与评估，打造贴合行业场景需求的专业大模型Infra，驱动模型性能和效果提升； 3、业务深度协作落地：与产品、运营、设计团队紧密合作，将大模型算法成果转化为实际的产品功能与体验；从需求分析到方案设计，全程参与，深刻理解业务需求，推动模型能力与业务场景的深度融合，形成技术到价值的完整闭环； 4、前沿技术探索与应用：追踪大模型领域的前沿技术与研究成果，结合业务特点，评估新技术的应用可行性；结合业务需求，对现有大模型算法和垂直领域模型进行优化与迭代，解决模型训练和应用过程中的技术难题，提升模型的性能和效果。

1、2027届获得本科及以上学历，计算机科学、人工智能、机器学习或相关专业； 2、具备机器学习或深度学习领域的研发经验；对拼写、联想、手写、语音、多模态等垂直领域大模型有深入理解，了解该领域的技术发展趋势和应用场景，有相关项目经验者优先；有丰富的模型训练与调优经验；主导过相关且有影响力的项目者优先； 3、精通SFT、DPO、RL、KD等大模型算法原理，具备扎实的机器学习、深度学习理论基础，熟悉主流深度学习框架；熟悉PyTorch与Hugging Face Transformers等主流深度学习框架，具备良好的代码编写规范和工程实践能力，能够独立完成复杂算法的代码实现；了解基础的MLOps理念与工具，包括模型版本控制、关键指标监控、A/B测试及服务回滚策略； 4、在NeurIPS/ICML/ICLR/ACL/EMNLP等顶会发表过相关高质量论文；在ACM/ICPC、NOI/IOI、Top Coder、Kaggle等比赛获奖者优先； 5、具有优秀的逻辑思维能力、问题解决能力和创新意识，能够快速学习和掌握新技术；良好的团队协作精神和沟通能力，能在跨部门协作中高效推进项目。
