1、协助全职团队完成数据分析、项目协调支持、渠道维护等工作，通过实践理解研发人才招聘策略与运营的全貌； 2、招聘效率提升与体系优化：分析全流程数据，定位瓶颈，推动系统工具优化或流程改进；建立招聘质量评估体系，跟踪差异化指标，反哺甄选标准； 3、人才开源与渠道创新：基于业务战略，完善人才地图与生态，通过活动社群运营等方式，积累潜在人才；协助管理并评估现有人才渠道的效能，持续优化投入； 4、专项招聘项目运营：校招头部人才计划，协助统筹目标院校合作、选拔流程设计，打造品牌项目；跨境招聘探索：协助研究全球人才市场，搭建跨境渠道，支持国际化人才引进； 5、战略支持与数据分析：监测人才市场动态、市场情报，为业务战略提供人才洞察；思索人效模型，尝试分析招聘投入产出，支持人力资源规划决策。

1、2027届本科及以上学历在读，数据科学、商业分析、数学、政治经济学等相关专业优先； 2、对数据分析有兴趣，具备基础数据处理能力（如Excel），有SQL或Python基础者更佳； 3、良好的逻辑思维和沟通能力，细心负责； 4、对商业、投资领域有好奇心，具备战略思维； 5、能够连续实习3个月及以上，每周出勤5天。
