1、负责定制租赁制化数据中心全过程建设交付质量管理工作； 2、负责定期组织项目质量检查，参与项目质量验收工作，及时识别潜在的质量风险，提出针对性的整改措施并监督落实； 3、负责组织质量管理体系优化，包括质量管理标准及流程、建设工艺标准、质量管理量化体系、项目质量问题分析及优化，提升项目质量； 4、协同设计、运维以及供应商等解决建设过程中出现的质量问题，推动项目顺利进行； 5、持续优化数据中心质量管理标准流程、规范以及工具，持续提升项目质量管理能力； 6、参与图纸、材料、设备方案、工艺做法等审核工作，降低质量问题发生率。

1、本科及以上学历，电气、暖通、通信、项目管理等相关专业； 2、熟悉数据中心施工规范，具有1年以上项目建设质量管理体系搭建经验，如标准化流程搭建、质量管理工具编制等能力； 3、熟练使用质量管理工具和方法，如 PDCA 循环、六西格玛等，具备较强的数据分析和问题解决能力； 4、熟悉数据中心建设全流程，并从事建设质量相关工作优先，具有数据中心建设项目管理背景，熟悉租赁定制化项目管理优先； 5、具有优秀的自驱力，较强执行力和责任心，良好的跨团队沟通交流能力和抗压能力； 6、具有良好的英语水平，能够作为工作语言使用优先。
