日常实习：面向全体在校生，为符合岗位要求的同学提供为期3个月及以上的项目实践机会。

1、你将参与的工作：本岗位为算法与工程一体的岗位，你既参与算法的设计与实验，也负责把它们变成可靠、高效的系统； 2、算法设计与落地：参与数据构建、评测与训练流程的算法设计，并把它们工程化落地，跑通从想法到实验再到线上的闭环； 3、项目工程架构设计与实现：参与团队新项目的工程架构设计，包括数据流、模块拆分、存储与计算选型，并参与实现落地，追求性能与可维护性最优，同时持续审视已有系统，找出瓶颈与冗余并推动重构； 4、平台工程：用容器服务、数据库、对象存储、私有网络等云组件，搭建和演进服务与内部工具，负责从架构设计到上线运维的全过程。

1、本科及以上学历在读； 2、硕士/博士在读优先，优秀本科生也欢迎，不要求你已经完全掌握，我们更看重你能借助AI去理解和使用，并做出自己的判断，对持续学习等前沿方向有自己的理解，关注最新进展； 3、有大模型算法与Infra基础：知道大模型原理、KV Cache、并行策略是什么，能上手一种推理或训练框架； 4、会用云基建：容器、数据库、网络、对象存储等，能把它们组合成合理的架构，并说清楚为什么； 5、具备良好的技术素养与协作能力：有技术洁癖，对“能跑”不满足，会追问是否最优并主动优化，对交付的代码负责，讲得清每个设计决定；善于与AI协作，能用AI快速进入陌生领域，把它的输出变成自己的理解，我们不找纯vibe的人，AI写的每段代码，你都要能解释为什么这样写、怎样写得更好； 6、投递要求： 1）每周实习5天，持续6个月以上； 2）Base北京。

加分项 1、有RL/SFT数据构建、Agent评测相关经验； 2、在GPU集群上部署或压测过大模型，或读过vLLM/SGLang源码； 3、用过Spark或数据湖，处理过TB级数据； 4、维护过线上服务，不论规模大小。
