团队介绍：飞书商业化团队（Go to Market）负责将飞书先进产品和服务全面推向中国和国际市场，通过制定精准的业务战略，进行破圈的市场营销，深入理解不同行业的趋势和特点，传递飞书的理念和价值给不同行业的企业客户并达成业务合作，帮助客户加强使用深度和广度，最终让飞书成为各行各业先进企业的首选、持续助力企业组织升级。目前已在中国、新加坡、美国、日本等国家和地区建立了商业化团队，开启了为全球各行各业组织和个人提升创造力和效率的历程。

ByteIntern：面向2027届毕业生（2026年9月-2027年8月期间毕业），为符合岗位要求的同学提供转正机会。

1、作为前沿部署工程师（FDE），成为飞书AI产品与各行业真实业务需求间的关键桥梁，深入企业客户真实工作场景，了解业务难题，使用飞书AI工具搭建切实可行的智能工作流方案； 2、配合资深商务或渠道经理，参与制造、零售、电商、餐饮等行业企业客户的实地调研，通过沟通准确理解客户办公及业务运转中的低效环节与痛点，挖掘AI落地实践可能性； 3、基于对客户业务的理解，运用飞书AI智能助手、自动化工作流、多维表格等无代码/低代码工具，动手配置搭建可演示、可直接使用的解决方案模型（Demo）； 4、将AI行业痛点解决过程总结为标准化使用指南（SOP）和演示模板，提供给全国销售团队或合作伙伴，助力服务更多同行业客户； 5、将搭建AI方案的技巧和经验，以培训或技术支持形式传递给飞书代理商及生态合作伙伴，提升其客户服务能力。

1、本科及以上学历在读，专业不限，计算机/信息技术类与商科/管理类复合背景优先（如信息管理与信息系统、商业分析等）； 2、较强的动手意愿与技术敏感度：你不需要是专业的程序员，但你必须对AI、大模型等新技术充满热情，并乐于钻研和实际操作各种软件工具，熟悉基本的逻辑判断、数据结构或有无代码开发经验者优先； 3、优秀的逻辑分析与沟通能力：能够将复杂的业务问题拆解为清晰的逻辑步骤；同时，具备良好的表达能力，能够把晦涩的技术方案用通俗易懂的语言向客户或非技术人员解释清楚； 4、强烈的探索精神与韧性：面对未知和没有现成答案的新场景，能够保持好奇心，主动寻找解决方案，并享受在不断试错中获得成功的成就感。
