日常实习：面向全体在校生，为符合岗位要求的同学提供为期3个月及以上的项目实践机会。

1、负责团队垂类课题组（如生物、材料、化学等科学方向）的基线访谈与需求梳理，深入了解课题组原有领域的工作方式与流程，并持续跟踪其工作进展； 2、对接课题组内的软件与计算环境需求，协调完成采购落地流程； 3、高频和科学家沟通，基于对课题组内工作流程的理解，识别可被AI替代或增效的具体环节，提出可执行的AI能力介入方案与替换流程设计； 4、对AI能参与的流程设定科学、可靠的评测方案并测试，发现现有模型的问题； 5、持续追踪相关工作中数据的完整性与质量，为后续算法迭代提供可靠依据。

1、本科及以上学历在读，有垂类相关专业知识背景优先； 2、热爱大模型/Agent技术领域，日常对AI相关产品和工具有较高使用频率，对大模型能力边界有自己的判断和思考； 3、具备良好的Agent开发能力，可完成CLI适配、Harness改进等基础开发任务； 4、具备良好的沟通协作能力和较强的跨领域学习能力，能够快速理解不同专业背景专家的工作内容并建立有效协作； 5、能保证每周至少实习4天，持续实习6个月以上的同学优先。
