1、参与产品测试的全流程，包括需求评审、设计评审、制定测试计划、测试用例设计及执行、缺陷跟踪、测试报告等； 2、开发测试工具和自动测试框架、自动测试脚本，进行自动化测试，提升测试效率； 3、对产品、流程提出持续性改进意见，提升产品质量和研发效率。

1、本科及以上学历在读，计算机、通讯等相关专业优先； 2、熟练掌握至少一门编程语言，包括但不仅限于：Java、C、C++、PHP、Python、Go； 3、掌握扎实的计算机基础知识，深入理解数据结构、算法和操作系统知识； 4、学习能力强，有较强分析、定位和解决问题的能力，较强逻辑思维能力和表达能力； 5、每周可以实习4天及以上，连续实习4个月以上。
