1、深入理解客户业务场景，快速搭建AI应用原型进行验证，持续迭代并推进至生产级部署的Agent系统； 2、基于AI与云服务进行方案/架构设计，借助AI辅助开发在客户环境中高效落地；对接客户应用API与数据系统，满足客户安全与合规规范； 3、构建高性能评估管道与可观测性体系，确保Agent系统在准确性、安全性与时延等指标上达标； 4、识别可复用的应用模式与共性技术问题，沉淀为产品能力/功能诉求，推动产品迭代演进； 5、与客户工程团队紧密协作，保障AI应用成功上线、长期稳定运行，并持续提升使用率与业务价值。

1、2027届获得本科及以上学历，计算机科学与技术、软件工程、人工智能等相关专业； 2、扎实的工程基础，熟悉至少一门主流编程语言与常见工程化实践；具备良好的编码习惯与问题定位能力； 3、对AI应用开发有实践或强烈兴趣，具备相关项目/课程/科研/实习经历（如Prompt Engineering、Fine-Tuning、RAG、Agent开发等方向之一或多个）； 4、了解云服务与分布式系统基础概念，有云服务API/SDK调用、自动化部署、可用性/稳定性设计等相关项目或实习经验优先； 5、熟悉并愿意使用AI辅助编程（Vibe Coding）提升开发效率，能够在实际项目中形成可复用的开发与交付方式； 6、具备良好的沟通与协作能力，能在不确定需求下快速推进落地，适应面向客户的交付节奏。
