1、深入理解客户业务场景，基于LLM快速构建模型应用原型并推动落地，覆盖从Demo到production的完整交付链路； 2、负责模型选型、微调（SFT/Fine-Tuning）、推理优化等环节，确保AI能力在客户环境中稳定、高效运行； 3、设计并实现Agent系统及RAG管道，结合客户数据和API完成端到端集成； 4、识别可复用的模型应用模式，将客户侧技术问题转化为产品功能请求，推动方舟/Seed产品演进； 5、与客户工程团队及内部产品研发团队紧密协作，保障模型应用成功上线并长期稳定运行。

1、本科及以上学历，计算机、数学、统计等相关专业； 2、5年以上算法研发工作经验，有模型开发/模型应用经验； 3、熟悉LLM模型开发全链路，包括大模型训练、推理优化、微调（Fine-tuning/SFT）、Agent开发等方向之一或多项； 4、具备良好的沟通协作能力或明显潜力，能有效对接客户与内部研发团队。

加分项 1、有复杂Agent系统或多模型协同系统的实际落地经验； 2、有金融、法律、企业服务等垂直行业AI解决方案的交付经验。
