1、探索VLM模型MidTrain与Post-train尖端技术，深耕Reasoning RL、Think with Image等方向，突破模型通用认知与推理边界； 2、负责通用Agent的MidTrain与RL优化，涵盖沙盒搭建、高质量数据合成及强化学习训练，构建具备复杂任务拆解能力的Agent； 3、探索VLM/Agent与AIGC的深度协同，定义并实现下一代Agentic AIGC系统架构； 4、跟踪业界SOTA技术，开展前瞻性研究，目标在ICLR/NeurIPS/ACL/CVPR等顶会发表高水平论文。

1、2027届硕士及以上学位在读； 2、以一作身份在相关领域顶会发表过高质量论文，或有知名实验室，项目实习经历；能稳定实习6个月以上； 3、有较好的编程能力，熟练使用PyTorch，Llama-Factory，Verl等训练框架。
