1、负责架构设计和开发，为亿级用户提供极致的商业化变现能力，参与复杂的设计系统、核心代码开发； 2、负责非中国区多个App广告全链路系统调优，包括排序、预算、样式、流量、召回、诊断和其他框架，系统性提升变现效率； 3、负责激励广告等广告业务的策略迭代，在营销场景下最大化激励介质的边际收益； 4、负责优化Agent应用的性能与产出效果，深入理解Agent实现机制及商业化业务逻辑； 5、参与各专项技术调研，新技术引入等前瞻项目，攻克各种高并发、数据隔离、系统解耦等方面的技术难关。

1、2027届获得本科及以上学历，计算机相关专业； 2、热爱计算机科学和技术，编程基础扎实，精通至少一门编程语言，包括但不仅限于：C++、Golang、Python； 3、掌握扎实的计算机基础知识，深入理解数据结构、算法和操作系统知识； 4、有优秀的逻辑分析能力，能够对业务逻辑进行合理的抽象和拆分； 5、有强烈的求知欲，优秀的学习和沟通能力。
