团队介绍：广告核心团队在不同的广告投放阶段建立关键的变现机制 1. 我们建立排序、出价、预算、样式、诊断和其他框架，作为中台，使其他广告团队能够并行迭代他们的产品。 2. 我们实施流量策略，在用户体验的约束下实现收入的持续增长，实现广告主受众的深度探索。 3. 我们的模型驱动自动化解决方案从头到尾优化广告投放性能。

1、参与广告客户侧及用户侧Agent应用开发，在导师指导下协助设计并实现端到端Agent系统，覆盖深度调研、投放建议、用户体验优化等多种业务场景； 2、协助优化Agent应用的性能与产出效果，深入理解Agent实现机制及商业化业务逻辑，结合真实评测案例进行问题定位与原因分析，输出可落地的优化建议，同时协助搭建与完善端到端Agent评测体系，基于用户反馈及业务指标，从多维度对Agent进行效果评估，为系统迭代提供数据支撑与决策参考； 3、参与Agent Context Engineering工作，协助优化包括RAG、工具系统在内的整体生态，提高Agent在高并发、多场景业务环境下的运行效率与稳定性，在实践中加深对大模型与Agent架构的理解，接触Multi-Agent、Context Engineering/Management、ReAct/PlanAct/CodeAct等前沿架构与范式，跟进行业前沿技术，了解并尝试模型Post-training技术（如SFT、RL等），在导师指导下对特定能力问题进行实验性优化探索，为团队提供创新思路与技术方案。

1、2027届获得硕士及以上学位，计算机、软件工程、人工智能等相关专业优先； 2、具备扎实的计算机基础，熟悉至少一种主流编程语言（如Python/Go/Java/C++等），对后端开发或AI应用开发有实际项目经验者优先； 3、具备良好的问题分析与抽象能力，乐于深入理解业务与技术细节，能够在导师指导下完成实验设计与效果分析； 4、具备良好的沟通协作能力与主人翁意识，学习能力强，愿意在迭代的环境中快速成长。

加分项： 1、有RAG、智能助手、对话系统、推荐/广告相关项目经验； 2、熟悉基本的机器学习/深度学习概念，了解SFT、RLHF等训练范式； 3、有参与大模型或Agent相关科研、竞赛、开源社区贡献的经历。
