1、探索强化学习和生成式混排策略，在保障用户体验的约束下实现收入最大化，落地不同投放体裁的最优排序逻辑； 2、研发生成式召回技术，捕捉用户在不同APP下的LifeLong行为意图，参与重构级联漏斗排序架构； 3、落地投放大模型蒸馏方案，构建商业化的基座大模型，在兼顾大模型复杂算力效果的同时，实现模型策略ROI最大化； 4、研究因果推断大模型技术，在营销场景下最大化激励介质的边际收益； 5、结合视频生成能力，进行优质创意的优选和生成，最大化体验和商业化收益。

1、2027届获得硕士及以上学位，计算机科学相关专业优先； 2、编程基础扎实，精通C/C++和Python，具备深度学习相关实践经验； 3、熟悉至少一种主流机器学习框架（TensorFlow/PyTorch等）的架构与实现； 4、对大模型等前沿技术有强烈好奇心，具备优秀的问题发现、分析与解决能力，热衷于将前沿技术落地到真实业务场景。

加分项： 1、在自然语言处理/计算机视觉/推荐系统领域有论文发表（例如，在RecSys、KDD、ICML、NeurIPS、CVPR等会议的论文列表、研讨会、口头报告等）； 2、ACM/ICPC等算法竞赛获奖者优先； 3、有LLM/生成式AI/强化学习相关研究经验，或在推荐/广告场景有相关算法迭代经验者优先。
