1、参与商业化业务合规架构设计工作，以及相关的后端及数据研发工作； 2、参与合规研发效能工具与运营平台的搭建工作； 3、完成持续的系统优化，以支撑业务快速发展。

1、2027届获得本科及以上学历，计算机相关专业优先； 2、有扎实的数据结构和算法功底； 3、熟练掌握Java/Go/Python/Java/C/C++中的至少一门语言，有良好的编程习惯及逻辑实现能力； 4、熟悉MySQL/Redis/Hadoop/Hive/Spark等常用技术栈优先； 5、有良好英文读写能力者优先。
