1、为用户提供运营支持，以减少用户体验中的任何障碍，包括故障排除和反馈管理； 2、开展主动调研，以了解、评估并确定该地区业务需求的重要性排序，影响CRM路线图，使其与区域业务战略保持一致； 3、设计新产品发布的外向型（GTM）活动，确定并跟踪成功指标，并对新解决方案的采用负责； 4、分析数据，为新功能构建商业案例，并评估新产品推出的成效； 5、担任CRM相关沟通的主要联络人，包括状态更新、问题解决和利益相关者管理。

1、本科及以上学历在读； 2、有具有数字广告经验者优先，可每周出勤4-5天，实习时长4个月以上优先； 3、具有主动性，具备出色的时间管理能力，能够在极少监督的情况下实现目标； 4、能够从容应对不确定性和跨文化环境，适应变化迅速，学习能力强，能够快速掌握新业务领域的深入知识； 5、具备出色的问题解决能力及高度的细节关注度，包括能够全面梳理复杂的业务问题、找出根本原因、分析数据并提出解决方案。
