日常实习：面向全体在校生，为符合岗位要求的同学提供为期3个月及以上的项目实践机会。 团队介绍：Global Business Solutions (GBS) 负责TikTok为主的全球产品商业化相关工作，为全球品牌和广告商提供集成的数字营销解决方案。具体包括各区域销售、销售运营、渠道管理、商业化战略、To B市场营销、营销科学、商业化合作和商业内容安全等职能。

1、深度参与商业化运营场景，包括广告项目梳理及运营，AI探索及赋能项目（探索LLM、Agent及飞书自动化工具的结合应用，设计并实现具体的业务提效解决方案）； 2、基于AI能力，搭建工具、工作流对TikTok Brand Ads的指标进行数据可视化、异动监控和归因分析； 3、基于产品及业务议题，进行相关项目研究分析，利用数据提炼和验证策略，推进解决方案产出； 4、跨团队协作，横向支持全球多地区以及多个方向的内部提效项目。

1、本科及以上学历在读，计算机、数据科学、统计学、战略咨询等相关专业优先； 2、逻辑思维清晰，面对复杂问题有出色的分析、拆解和解决能力； 3、数据能力强，敏捷自驱，能够将复杂数据通过图表进行专业的可视化呈现，能够熟练使用SQL/Python优先； 4、英语可作为工作语言，拥有良好的跨团队沟通协作能力，能适应多元化的全球化工作环境； 5、熟练使用主流LLM产品，有AI Agent搭建、Vibe Coding项目经验或具备Prompt Engineering能力者优先； 6、每周实习4天及以上，持续时间不少于6个月，长期实习者优先，有相关实习经验优先。
