1、制定并执行全面的GPU采购策略，满足业务需求，平衡成本、质量与交付周期； 2、负责GPU供应商全生命周期管理，包括新供应商识别、评估、引入及生产能力、质量管理体系、财务稳定性尽职调查，完成价格、合同及服务水平协议谈判以获取有利条款，同时做好供应商定期沟通、绩效评估及问题解决等关系维护工作，降低采购成本、减轻供应链风险、维持稳固合作关系并保障供应稳定； 3、联动内部跨部门团队协同，对接工程团队充分理解GPU的规格、性能要求及兼容性需求，确保采购产品符合技术标准，对接物流及库存团队优化库存水平、缩短交货周期，保障GPU及时交付以支撑生产计划及项目里程碑； 4、持续跟踪GPU相关的市场趋势、技术进展、行业法规及供应链动态，及时输出潜在机遇或挑战的洞察与建议，针对材料短缺、运输问题等潜在供应链中断风险制定应急预案； 5、跟踪并分析成本节约、供应商绩效、供应链韧性等关键采购指标，编制相关业务报告。

1、本科及以上学历，供应链管理、工商管理、电子工程或相关专业； 2、具有5年半导体组件采购或供应链管理经验，有GPU或相关硬件经验者优先； 3、熟悉GPU产品、制造商、技术规格及市场动态； 4、具备优秀的谈判能力及合同管理经验，有成功实现供应商谈判和成本节约的案例； 5、具备优秀的分析能力，能够解读市场数据，并基于数据做出采购决策； 6、熟练使用采购软件、ERP系统及Office办公套件；熟悉国际贸易法规、进出口流程及供应链风险管理最佳实践。
