日常实习：面向全体在校生，为符合岗位要求的同学提供为期3个月及以上的项目实践机会。 团队介绍：国际化短视频商业化变现产品设计团队旨在使客户能够毫不费力地与用户建立联系，并最大限度地发挥品牌潜力。我们希望简化和激励客户实现目标，探索更多可能性，并与国际化短视频创造价值。作为团队成员，你将能够利用定性/定量研究来收集用户反馈，为我们的客户创造深刻的理解和共情，并与设计、产品和营销团队跨职能合作，以满足业务需求。

1、你将深度参与全球商业化达人营销平台的GTM全流程，直接驱动产品在国际市场的认知提升和业务渗透； 2、GTM策略制定，与产品、区域运营、市场及销售团队紧密协作，针对核心受众（品牌方、代理商、MCN、达人等）定制并执行系统化的全球推广策略； 3、GTM内容包装，负责高品质宣发物料的体系化设计与制作，涵盖官方Pitch Deck、宣传视频、客户邮件、内部培训手册等，确保产品信息高效传递； 4、高效支持团队其他关键的商业化营销推广活动； 5、建立市场反馈（Inbound）机制，与区域运营及销售团队协作，深入挖掘并整理受众需求； 6、支持团队基于市场反馈，进行产品策略的持续迭代与运营流程优化探索。

1、本科及以上学历在读，市场营销、广告、传播、商业管理专业优先； 2、拥有海外学习/交换经验者加分； 3、具有商业化、咨询、创意公司或品牌策略、社交媒体策划相关实习经验者优先； 4、具备高度的商业敏锐度和求知欲，能够迅速掌握并理解复杂的互联网商业模式和业务需求；具备优秀的逻辑思维和结构化思维；对达人经济、社交媒体营销及商业化趋势有深刻的洞察与强烈热情； 5、具备出色的自驱力和责任心，能够独立承担任务；拥有卓越的项目管理能力和跨部门协调能力，能够在复杂场景中高效推进工作并确保目标达成；熟练掌握PowerPoint/Keynote等演示工具，能够制作专业、有说服力的商业宣讲材料； 6、英语听说读写流利，可作为日常工作语言与国际团队无障碍沟通；每周5天实习，连续实习6个月及以上者优先。
