1、参与XR产品在人机交互领域的设计与研究，包括但不限于通用型交互，多模态交互，业务场景交互； 2、配合产品路线，搭建与优化交互系统设计与框架，积累人机交互范式，建立人机交互设计系统； 3、探索新型的硬件与交互方案，提出创新交互概念，给出工程层面的实现策略，负责最终的Demo以及工程落地实现； 4、从用户角度出发，优化已有人机交互体验，提出算法和策略，保证交互模型的落地，洞察人机交互的提升点，并持续优化可用性； 5、根据行业、硬件和具体的交互方式设计并实施实验，探究用户交互行为，分析交互需要和交互方案的优劣对比。

1、2027届获得本科及以上学历，计算机或交互相关专业优先； 2、有相关项目或产品落地，对GUI、VUI等相对成熟的交互框架有了解，了解传感器原理，对交互的模式设计有经验； 3、有机器视觉和信号处理的经验，了解图像识别的设计方法，了解常见的信号处理方法； 4、有较强的学习能力，有较高的设计追求，对业界或相关领域的新交互方式有了解； 5、逻辑思维强，主动性高，善于沟通总结，具备较强的方案输出与文档撰写能力； 6、职位投递请提供本人最新作品。
