1、支持业务团队，深入了解业务状况和团队运作状况，理解业务战略并促进人力资源战略在业务部门的有效实施； 2、负责业务部门的团队搭建，根据现有团队情况，设计人员成长路径及人员培养方案，有效制定和实施人才发展计划并跟进实施； 3、洞察组织和团队存在的问题，识别人才与组织发展需求，应用专业理论、方法、工具，为业务团队提供全方位解决方案，包括组织调整、绩效管理、员工关系、文化建设活动等人力资源工作，并推动方案落地； 4、独立处理员工关系问题，帮助业务提供指导和建议，及时解决问题； 5、利用数据分析工具，指定人力编制和评估相关指标，支持业务和HR的管理决策。

1、本科及以上学历，人力资源管理或相关领域优先； 2、3年以上人力资源管理经验，有HRBP经验者优先； 3、出色的中英文沟通能力，能够有效进行双语交流； 4、能驾驭复杂事务； 5、具有良好的分析能力和解决问题的技巧； 6、高度的自我驱动力以及独立工作能力，能积极主动推动项目。
