1、供应商开发与管理：熟悉掌握整机代工资源，根据整机产品需求完成供应商寻源、资料收集、认证准入及合同签署；例行组织供应商绩效考核，进行分层分级管理，优化供应商组合，维护良好的供应商关系； 2、采购商务与成本管理：开展采购需求分析，制定并执行供应商选择方案；策划组织项目招标、议价等商务活动，确保成本目标达成；掌握成本分析方法，建立整机成本细项基线，了解行业价格水平，建立并管控采购成本标准； 3、采购策略制定：根据产业链市场行情、产品、技术和供需趋势分析，结合采购数据制定并落地整机采购策略，构建采购竞争力，降低总体拥有成本； 4、物料评审与交付保障：组织项目BOM评审，包括供应商选择与物料选型等，确保项目开发进度、质量及成本目标达成；协同采购运营、质量部门完成整机交付保障，跟踪行业趋势，进行风险管理； 5、体系流程优化：遵守采购流程和规范，提出优化建议，提升工作效率。

1、本科或以上学历，理工类，电子类、机械工程、自动化等相关专业优先； 2、5年以上通信、消费电子行业采购工作经验，5年以上整机EMS资源开发岗位工作经验； 3、具备良好的市场分析能力与洞察力，对上下游市场具备较好的预判能力与行动力； 4、具备良好的商务沟通与谈判能力； 5、能够有效管理产业上下游供应商，建立并维护良好的供应合作关系； 6、熟悉电子产品整机EMS工厂的行业状况、成本结构及规划情况，诚实守信，具备较强的工作责任心、良好的职业道德及积极认真的工作态度，性格开朗外向。
