团队介绍：IT部门面向字节跳动员工提供全球IT技术支持。我们既负责企业内部IT基础架构的设计和优化，也肩负着保护企业信息安全，降低企业运营风险的使命；同时，IT团队还会直接面向字节跳动各业务线，承接企业级的网络、系统、终端、资产、服务台、多媒体、办公管理等多业务场景的研发需求，打造符合业界标准的商业化企业解决方案和产品，运用大数据和AI技术，提供更加自动化和智能化的企业技术服务。

1、负责企业电子认证平台（PKI、CA、时间戳、电子签章等）及相关Linux基础设施（含虚拟化、容器、存储等）的建设、运维及稳定性保障； 2、负责电子认证平台相关系统（CA、RA、KM、OCSP、LDAP、时间戳、电子签章等）的部署、升级、日常维护及故障处理，保障认证业务稳定运行； 3、参与平台监控、日志、告警及可观测性体系建设，提升系统可维护性及运维效率； 4、参与平台高可用、容灾、性能优化及自动化建设，持续提升平台稳定性； 5、编写和完善运维文档、标准操作流程（SOP）及自动化脚本，推动平台标准化建设。

1、学历与经验：本科及以上学历，1年及以上Linux或系统运维相关经验；有PKI、CA、数字证书、电子签章等系统运维经验者优先； 2、Linux系统能力：熟悉Linux系统安装、配置、性能调优及故障分析；熟悉Prometheus、Grafana、Zabbix、ELK等监控平台； 3、虚拟化与容器：熟悉VMware、KVM、Kubernetes、Docker等虚拟化或容器技术中的一种或多种；熟悉Ceph、SAN、NAS等存储系统； 4、网络协议与脚本：熟悉TCP/IP、DNS、HTTP/HTTPS、LDAP等基础协议；熟悉Shell、Python等至少一种脚本语言；熟悉Nginx、Tomcat等中间件； 5、问题分析与沟通协作：具备较好的问题分析和故障排查能力，面对复杂问题能够主动推进、持续跟进并推动问题闭环；具备良好的沟通协作和执行能力，能够准确理解工作要求，与网络、数据库、安全、厂商等多方高效配合，推动工作落地；了解HSM、密码机及国密算法； 6、责任心与应急意识：工作认真负责，具备较强的责任心、风险意识和变更规范意识；能够接受必要的值班、故障应急及出差，具备较强的责任担当和应急响应意识。
