1、参与自动Prompt、Agent优化、RAG、基于RL的大模型后训练； 2、参与端到端设计并实现数据Pipeline与算法应用，帮助解决企业级智能服务与智能运维场景中的挑战； 3、探索前沿算法与大模型应用，针对不同业务场景，制定合适的算法与策略，解决企业服务的满意度提升，效率提升、质量保证与成本管理问题； 4、深度参与产品研发项目，和产品经理/业务研发/业务QA密切配合，提升项目整体效率与收益。

1、2027届获得本科及以上学历，计算机、数学及相关专业； 2、熟悉基于RL的大模型后训练、Agent构建，熟悉其基本原理、技术前沿现状及应用场景； 3、了解以下一个或多个场景中常见的传统机器学习算法：推荐系统、广告系统、自然语言处理、计算机视觉； 4、熟悉以下至少一种编程语言：Java，Python，Go；能够熟练使用AI Coding提升编码效率； 5、具有独立解决问题的能力，良好的团队合作意识和沟通能力； 6、有较强的编码能力及算法实现能力，有强烈的技术好奇心、自驱力和进取心，能及时关注和学习业界最佳实践。
