团队介绍：IT部门面向字节跳动员工提供全球IT技术支持。我们既负责企业内部IT基础架构的设计和优化，也肩负着保护企业信息安全，降低企业运营风险的使命；同时，IT团队还会直接面向字节跳动各业务线，承接企业级的网络、系统、终端、资产、服务台、多媒体、办公管理等多业务场景的研发需求，打造符合业界标准的商业化企业解决方案和产品，运用大数据和AI技术，提供更加自动化和智能化的企业技术服务。

1、负责企业电子认证平台数据库（MySQL、PostgreSQL等）的部署、运维及稳定性保障，包括数据库安装、升级、备份恢复、监控、性能优化及故障处理； 2、负责数据库高可用架构建设、主备切换、容灾及容量规划； 3、配合CA、RA、KM、OCSP、时间戳等业务系统完成数据库设计、发布及性能优化； 4、建立数据库监控、巡检及自动化运维体系，提升数据库稳定性； 5、配合开发及系统团队定位复杂数据库问题，持续优化数据库性能。

1、学历与经验：本科及以上学历，1年及以上DBA或数据库运维经验； 2、数据库运维能力：熟悉MySQL或PostgreSQL的安装、配置及日常维护；熟悉主从复制、高可用、备份恢复及故障处理； 3、性能优化：熟悉SQL调优、索引设计及数据库性能分析； 4、系统与脚本：熟悉Linux操作系统；熟悉Shell或Python自动化脚本； 5、问题分析与沟通协作：具备较好的问题分析和故障排查能力，面对复杂问题能够主动推进、持续跟进并推动问题闭环；具备良好的沟通协作和执行能力，能够准确理解工作要求，与系统、数据库、安全、厂商等多方高效配合，推动工作落地； 6、责任心与应急意识：工作认真负责，具备较强的责任心、风险意识和变更规范意识；能够接受必要的值班、故障应急及出差，具备较强的责任担当和应急响应意识。

加分条件： 1、有MGR、Galera、PXC、Keepalived等高可用方案经验；熟悉Redis等缓存数据库；熟悉Prometheus、Grafana数据库监控；有PKI、CA、金融或电子认证行业经验。
