1、负责办公室建设项目设计管理，保障设计内容、进度、成本等满足项目需求； 2、对供应商的设计方案进行审核、纠偏，确保技术方案的有效性并可落地执行； 3、负责相关设计管理工具进行开发、测试及优化，保障工具的使用及推广； 4、对项目需求进行技术支持，解决技术问题，并不断对相关新技术进行探索及研究； 5、针对业务部门需求，提供解决方案并保证方案可行性，推进研究、测试并落地； 6、持续关注行业动态，引入符合公司需求的最佳实践及技术。

1、项目设计管理经验丰富，不低于5年的智能化工作经验，有良好的英语功底； 2、对IT基础架构建设技术有深刻理解，包括但不限于音视频、综合布线、机房工程、安防系统、网络通讯系统等； 3、熟练掌握工程建设相关的设计工具，包括但不限于AutoCAD等（有3D作图能力者优先）； 4、具有清晰的思维逻辑，以及良好的语言表达能力及文档撰写能力； 5、性格开朗，自律并热爱智能化行业，有创新意识和想法，愿意不断学习和自我突破； 6、具有英语环境项目经验优先，具备复杂音视频系统设计经验优先，具有20万平以上项目经验优先。
