日常实习：面向全体在校生，为符合岗位要求的同学提供为期3个月及以上的项目实践机会。 团队介绍：IT部门面向字节跳动员工提供全球IT技术支持。我们既负责企业内部IT基础架构的设计和优化，也肩负着保护企业信息安全，降低企业运营风险的使命；同时，IT团队还会直接面向字节各业务线，承接企业级的网络、系统、终端、资产、服务台、多媒体、办公管理等多业务场景的研发需求，打造符合业界标准的商业化企业解决方案和产品，运用大数据和AI技术，提供更加自动化和智能化的企业技术服务。

1、负责资产服务管理系统后端服务的需求设计和开发； 2、负责Copilot、Agent等AI能力在资产服务管理业务场景的系统架构设计、优化和演进； 3、参与系统基础设施建设，完成跨团队技术推动与落地，提升用户满意度； 4、参与系统稳定性建设，分析和解决系统性能瓶颈，提高系统可用性； 5、参与AI领域新技术的调研和落地。

1、本科及以上学历在读，计算机、软件工程等相关专业优先； 2、掌握扎实的计算机基础知识，深入理解数据结构、算法和操作系统知识，熟悉Redis、MySQL、NoSQL、消息队列等常用组件； 3、掌握Web后端开发技术：协议、架构、存储、缓存、安全等； 4、有良好的设计能力，对代码有追求，精通至少一门开发语言（Golang、Python、Java、C/C++等），对语言特性有较好的理解； 5、较好的产品意识，愿意将产品效果作为工作最重要的驱动因素； 6、具备良好的沟通能力、责任心及团队合作精神，有较强的分析和解决问题能力。
