1、参与企业IT系统的产品建设，例如资产管理、IT服务流程、权限体系等基础模块，在真实复杂业务环境中学习产品设计与业务理解方法； 2、主要工作包括： 1）参与IT中后台业务流程梳理与需求分析； 2）协助完成产品设计、原型设计与文档输出； 3）参与基础功能设计与迭代优化； 4）在实际项目中学习复杂业务拆解与产品方法； 3、你将从真实IT系统出发，逐步理解企业级产品是如何设计与运行的，并成长为具备结构化思维的产品新人。

1、2027届获得本科及以上学历，专业不限； 2、对事物保持好奇，习惯思考“为什么这样做”，能够主动发现问题或不合理之处，并尝试提出改进想法； 3、能够将复杂信息进行拆解与整理，用清晰、有逻辑的方式表达观点，对问题有初步分层和结构化理解能力； 4、能够快速理解新知识或陌生业务，并在短时间内形成自己的理解框架，具备较强的信息吸收与归纳能力； 5、不仅能够发现问题，也愿意提出改进建议或参与优化，在学习、实习或项目中有过主动改进或优化的经历； 6、能够把任务或项目完整推进到结果，对细节有基本关注，具备责任感与基本的交付意识。
