1、作为字节跳动各条业务线的重要合作伙伴，对接关键业务需求，协调、组织IT Services构建解决方案； 2、与业务线Leader建立紧密合作关系，结合行业的发展趋势与最佳实践，主动地为业务提供建设性的建议，助力业务发展； 3、负责重要业务的项目、项目群的管理工作，负责规划并交付IT方案和产品以满足业务需求； 4、进行重大项目统筹管理，包括组织各类项目会议、监控项目执行过程、发现并解决重大风险点、控制需求变更等； 5、负责跨部门的信息沟通与资源协调，高效推进技术方案、业务指引以及流程制度的对齐与落地，确保达成项目及业务目标。

1、本科及以上学历，计算机或相关专业优先； 2、5年以上的具体技术服务工作经验及项目管理经验，有云服务、商业化以及互娱行业项目管理、业务支持经验优先； 3、具有丰富的IT基础架构知识（网络，VPN，防火墙，虚拟化，服务器，存储等）； 4、具备较强的业务学习与分析能力、工作责任心、逻辑思维，以及对新技术的好奇心与自学能力； 5、能够适应多任务、高要求、灵活和专业的工作环境；沟通能力与主观能动性强，能够持续精进，并与各种技术或非技术人员进行高效沟通； 6、加分项：具有企业ITBP及全球化协作经验。
