1、协助资产负责人制定硬件生命周期管理策略、流程和规范，支持公司重大收并购及分拆项目的资产分拆、数据迁移项目； 2、负责硬件资产管理的日常运营，具体包括但不限于新资产入库、利旧调拨、处置报废等； 3、负责硬件资产知识库管理，随着业务发展调整知识库适配业务发展，确保知识库完整性、一致性； 4、管理自研平台的业务需求，如IT资产管理工具、盘点工具、库存管理工具的功能需求及开发项目； 5、管理集团及分子公司的硬件件资产盘点及对账工作，通过数据分析和管理报表识别问题，推进精细化运营。

1、2027届获得本科及以上学历，计算机、统计或相关专业优先； 2、具备一定的数据分析能力，熟练使用Excel，掌握至少一种数据分析工具（如Power BI、Tableau等）者优先； 3、熟悉常见硬件设备（电脑、服务器、打印机、投影仪、网络设备、AV音视频设备等）的基础信息，了解资产管理制度与财务折旧相关知识者优先； 4、逻辑清晰、工作积极、善于学习、有良好的沟通表达能力、有责任心和团队合作精神；积极思考工作中待改进和优化之处，能独立分析和解决问题； 5、具备英文工作能力。
