1、负责IT项目的交付管理，按照字节跳动办公室IT建设标准及流程要求，从收集/挖掘项目需求、组织完成项目的标准解决方案（或定制化解决方案）、组织招投标、负责项目实施管理直至最终交付的项目全过程管理； 2、负责字节跳动办公室IT建设相关项目，包括但不限于综合布线及IT机房系统、音视频会议系统、安防系统等相关内容的新建及改造项目，并持续为项目建设标准、建设流程的优化提供最佳实践； 3、持续关注行业动态，为字节跳动引入匹配公司发展需求的实践。

1、本科及以上学历，网络通讯、计算机、通信工程、项目管理等相关专业优先； 2、5年以上弱电智能化行业工程管理相关经验，对弱电智能化技术及项目管理有深刻的理解； 3、具备良好的逻辑思维能力，有大局观，思路清晰，沟通、协调能力强； 4、能适应一定程度的出差，具备较强的团队协作能力、多项目管理能力及专业的书面表达能力； 5、有机电专业一级建造师、PMP证书者优先； 6、有10万平米以上项目管理经验者优先。
